Notice to Patients

Beginning January 2nd, 2025, Dr. Collins will be changing his fees.  It’s been 7 years since he has made any change to his fee structure.

His new fees will be as follows:

• Regular “Established Patient Treatment” appointments (approx. 30 min) will be $150
• “Half-session” appointments (approx. 15 min) will be $90
• New patient appointments will be $190
